King Rat and Irvine Welsh

Two King Rat tracks, 'Beautiful World' and 'I Feel Fine', from our debut album appeared in Trainspotting writer Irvine Welsh's directorial debut "Good Arrows", a feature length comedy film on ITV4 on 30th January 2009.

National unsigned band competition finalists

King Rat reached the final of the Intel Unsigned Band Competition in December after supporting The Feeling and Alphabeat, playing to wildly enthusiastic audiences at Proud Camden. Thanks to everyone who supported us on our journey to stardom (for a day at least).
